Tebogo Masilela is the visionary founder of the Teroma Foundation, bringing decades of hands-on community development experience across four countries. Her journey began in 1995 as a founding member of the Mazisakhe Youth Group, an initiative that provided shelterand artistic opportunities for homeless children.
Since then, she has led transformative projects spanning agriculture, entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, and skills development in Botswana, Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom, and South Africa.
