Major General Dr. Zeph Mkhwanazi serves as the Acting Provincial Commissioner of the South African Police Service (SAPS) in Mpumalanga, where he oversees all law enforcement operations, crime prevention strategies, and public safety initiatives across the province. With decades of policing experience, he has led high-profile investigations targeting violent crimes, illegal firearms, sexual offenses, and organized crime.
